Click on one of the links above to register for one of the meet-ups, or scroll down to read more about each one first. There are meant to be accessible community-building gatherings where we explore movement in different environments and contexts together.

Movement-in-Nature Walks

Join me once a month for a special nature exploration, where we move through a trail, finding opportunistic locations with Natural Movement training opportunities, such as climbing trees, vaulting over logs, jumping from rock to rock across a river, crawling up and down steep hills, and other special spots that offer unique MovNat training opportunities.

You are welcome to come and participate in everything, but you're more than welcome to just walk with us, and stop to enjoy the environment while we do any movement challenges that you may not be up for.

You are most welcome to bring children, pets, and family members of all ages. There is no charge for these movement walks. It's more about cultivating our community than cultivating my business, and more about encouraging people to get out and move in nature than anything else.

These hikes usually last a little over 2 hours, but please give yourself some extra time so you don't have to rush out, or worry about your schedule during the experience.

You may want to bring some water and a small snack. Depending on the time of year, you may want to bring to insect repellent and anything else you think you may need.

Movement Training Meet-Ups

Join us every month and connect with our community at a The Monkey Vault Movement Training Center in Toronto.

At these Meet-Ups, we begin with me leading a warm-up and refresher for the basics skills of Natural Movement / Parkour. We'll explore skills like jumping, vaulting, rolling, climbing, and more.

After our warm up, we'll play a few games and then our schedule is a little more open.

I'll be sticking around for about 3 hours, but you can leave earlier or stay later if you like! You may want to bring some water, a small snack, and a small towel to wipe your sweat.

I am taking no payment for these meetups, however the facility where we will be training incurs a small fee for their daypass.
